Blueberry Hibiscus Sangria

This is a light, crisp, refreshing beverage - correct for summertime!


2 bottle Riesling wine
8 hibiscus tea bags
2 c blueberry juice
1/2 c white rum
2 c blueberries
2 c recent strawberries, sliced

1. Bring four cups of water to a boil. Remove from warmth and steep tea bags for 5 to 10 minutes. Let cool.
2. Combine wine, cooled tea, rum, juice, and berries. Stir.
3. Serve chilled, over ice. Enjoy!
